Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what women can accomplish with both the energy and wisdom that comes from being a teenager. She's an actor writer, health practitioner and author. She hosts a talk show as well as produces it. So it's not surprising that she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu Henner's whole life is an example of the effectiveness of her attitude to health. She believes good health is essential for success. But it wasn't always this way. As in her teens, her weight rose significantly. Her eating habits were driven by emotional rage and would always feel unwell. As she reached her 50's, and both of her parents had lost their lives-her mother to problems with arthritis and her father due to a heart attack that was fatal, she realized that she needed control over her own life. The goal was not to lose weight but to enhance our overall health and create the best way to maximize the way our bodies were designed to function.
